Would You Drive These Disasters? The 45 Worst Cars of All Time
Reliant Robin: The Car That Hated Corners
If you ever wanted a car that handled like a drunken unicycle, the Reliant “Robin” had you covered. Built between 1973 and 2002, this three-wheeled masterpiece of bad engineering was designed to be light, fuel-efficient, and easy to drive on a motorcycle license. Sounds great—until you actually tried to turn.
With one lonely wheel up front, the “Robin” had a natural talent for rolling over, often tipping at the slightest turn like it was trying to lie down for a nap. It became a running joke, even appearing in Top Gear, where Jeremy Clarkson flipped it over and over again. Despite its horrible stability, it somehow gained a cult following.
