The “Lagonda” featured touch-sensitive buttons and a digital dashboard, which was cool when it worked—which was almost never. Owners spent more time at the mechanic than behind the wheel, as the car’s electronics failed constantly. Despite its $150K price tag, it offered the driving experience of a boat with a broken rudder. Even Time magazine called it one of the worst cars ever made.
