Some cars make you feel unstoppable. The Smart “Fortwo” made you feel like a rolling traffic cone. Debuting in 1998, this micro-machine on wheels was meant to be the perfect city car. Instead, it was terrifying on the highway, constantly feeling like it was one gust of wind away from becoming airborne.
