Life on Mars? Check Out NASA’s Most Convincing Evidence Yet
Signal or Sunlight?
In April 2014, UFO enthusiasts were excited when the Mars rover Curiosity captured a mysterious glow in images taken on consecutive days. The eerie light, appearing on both April 2 and 3, fueled speculation that it was a signal—perhaps from an intelligent source on the Red Planet.
The repeated occurrence of the glow only deepened the intrigue, giving theorists fresh material to work with. However, Justin Maki, the manager of Curiosity’s cameras, swiftly countered these claims. He explained that the bright light was most likely sunlight reflecting off a rocky surface or possibly shining through a gap in the rover’s camera.
