Mayim Bialik first charmed audiences as the title character in the early ’90s TV show “Blossom.” After a break from acting to pursue a Ph.D. in neuroscience, she returned to television, most notably as Amy Farrah Fowler on the hit sitcom “The Big Bang Theory.”
This role revitalized her acting career and highlighted her unique blend of intellectual and comedic talent. Mayim’s part on the show, which lasted from 2010 until its conclusion in 2019, reportedly earned her about $450K per episode in the later seasons. In addition to acting, Mayim hosts “Jeopardy!” and has authored several books.
