Donald Trump Jr’s real estate investment skills seem to be just as good as his father’s, as, in 2009, he bought two apartments at the renowned Sovereign building in New York. The first, unit 12B, cost $1.5 million, while 12C was valued at $1.125 million.
After combining them both to form a new, four-bedroom pad, he also bought another apartment right next to them, expanding his house majorly. The Sovereign building includes many modern features and has staff members working 24 hours a day. It now may as well be his bachelor pad, since, in 2018, he officially split from his former wife, Vanessa Kay Haydon.
