In 2006, she bought a Cape Cod-style Brentwood home for around £2.8 million, a 3,600-sq-ft haven with vaulted ceilings, French doors, and a cosy library with its own fireplace.
The house offered four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and sweeping views over Mandeville Canyon. Kate, the star of “Underworld” and “Emma”, lived here for 15 years before selling the property in 2021, cashing in around £3.2 million.
